This notice is issued by Yellow Software Inc., a Delaware corporation with its registered office at 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, USA (“we”, “us”). It explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in the course of our business.

What we collect

• Information you send us when you write to us, such as your name, email address, company and the content of your message.
• Information we need to engage and pay the people who work with us, such as identity, contact, tax and bank details, under the agreement we hold with each of them.
• Basic technical information our hosting provider records when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use personal information to answer enquiries, to perform our contracts with clients, employees and contractors, to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to keep our systems secure. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business (for example hosting, email, banking and payroll providers), with other Yellow group companies where needed to perform an engagement, and with authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to contact@yellowsoftware.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honour them.
